Heather Wallace D.V.M.
Dr. Heather Wallace received her undergraduate degree in Genetics from the University of Kansas in 2003. From there, she earned a Master’s degree in Neurobiology and Behavior from Georgia State University. It was during graduate school that she developed an interest in medicine and went on to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine

From there, she earned a Master’s degree in Neurobiology and Behavior from Georgia State University. It was during graduate school that she developed an interest in medicine and went on to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2011. Heather worked in urgent care and small animal practices in the Fort Worth area for six years before purchasing Broadway Animal Hospital in 2017. She has continued to have an academic focus, serving as the veterinarian for the Nature Reach program and the IACUC at Pittsburg State University, as well as offering a pre-veterinary medicine internship through the university. Heather is married with three children, and in her free time she enjoys cooking and gardening and is very involved with her church.
